So this summer has been busy. And I've been horrible and posting. So I'm going to pull some of the photos from my phone and do a highlight reel of the main things from this summer.
We redid our shower. Well, we hired someone to redo our bathroom.
However, Brian built a sandbox for the kids in the backyard.
Then we rented out our house and got another one. Never even got to break in the shower, but I guess at least someone is enjoying it. And the kids were not happy that the sandbox was not transported to the new house. They loved the sandbox Brian built and were in it almost daily!
Meanwhile someone enjoyed tummy time, while others enjoyed having a pool.
Then Colin was baptized back in Kansas with Father Peter. Godparents Joe and Jill were there- as they have been for all 4 of our children, so we are thankful for all of them.
And of course, the kids enjoyed other outdoor activities while in Kansas as well.
Then we got back and ready for school to begin. We had to rework our schedule so we were going to bed sooner and waking up earlier.
We had a great summer, but needless to say, the kids and I were all ready to return to school.
